One Place East & Laugh-Able to talk about all things disability to celebrate the International Day of Persons with disabilities. Tasha Kassir My disability is CP, Spinal injury and NEAD I’ve worked in the voluntary sector, helping other disabled people with various things and I continue to fight for disabled rights in my community and surrounding areas. Hi my name is Isaac and I have disability called limb/pelvic hypo/aplasia which in short means I have no arms and short legs, I also have scoliosis which is the curvature of my spine. Even though I have this disability it hasn't stopped me from doing what I can't. Skydiving in Ohio, skiing in Geneva and most recently becoming the president of a outdoor sports club called Wheels and Wheelchairs where rollerbladers push wheelchair users in different places. Anything is possible if you put your mind to it! I’m Saifur. I have a disability called Osteogenesis Imperfecta, also known as Brittle Bones. My impairment doesn’t doesn’t stop me from living my life to the fullest. I have an IT background and currently work for 3 organisations. I was a Games Maker at the London 2012 Olympics and Paralympic Games which was one of the best experiences of my life. I love traveling to different countries, and my last holiday was Brazil earlier this year. No matter what disability you have, don’t let it stop you from living your dream. I go by my motto: Live Your Life to the Fullest!
