Ep 034: Player Profile for Adam Haluska and Coach Profile for Dan Gable

With the upcoming Iowa State basketball game on Dec 7th, I thought I'd share profiles from those with connections to Iowa State. Adam Haluska started his basketball career at Iowa State before transferring to play at Iowa for his final 3 seasons. He earned 1st Team All-Big Ten in 2007, and was an academic All-American. He was drafted in the 2nd round by the Charlotte Hornets in 2007. Dan Gable needs no introduction. He was a national champion wrestler at Iowa State, and won a gold medal in the 1972 Olympics. He took over as head coach at Iowa in 1976, and won 15 national titles and 21 Big Ten Champions before retiring in 1997.
