Ep# 046: From Procrastination to Focus

I started scheduling appointments with various doctors knowing in my bones there had to be something wrong…

For years, I was battling the complete inability to focus. It was crippling! And that spilled over into so many other areas of my life, too. I could hardly focus which meant that everything kept getting put off and I was drowning in the shame of feeling like I couldn’t complete anything.

Guess what I learned?

For starters, I’m not broken. Yes, I was procrastinating on just about everything. Yes, I’d sit down to write an email and mid-sentence I’d open another tab and start doing something else. Yes, it was driving me nuts. But I didn’t need a magic pill or to be fixed.

I felt like I had to talk about this because I know so many other people are struggling, too!

How can we go from procrastination to true focus?!
