Ep 06 4 Ps - Introduction part 4-Living a Life of Integration with Justin Morgan

from The Next Stage Podcast by Sherpa Unlimited with host Rob Stout · host Rob Stout

Wednesday, March 20, 2024. In 2020, Justin Morgan was in a downward spiral. Like the rest of the world, the Colorado Realtor was starting into the ugly face of a global pandemic where homes where not moving, forcing the young husband and father wonder if he was going to survive the storm. Passion was not Justin's problem. He passionately loved his family and helping Coloradans find great homes, but the path forward was now staring at a Goliath-size roadblock and as the pandemic dragged on and the world closed down, Justin began to suffer from a lack of perspective. Being a young professional meant that he could not remember the stock market recovering from Black Monday in 1987. He was too young to remember the recovery from the dot-com bust of 2000, the post-9/11 market turbulence of 2001, or the great recession of 2008. Today on The Next Stage podcast, Justin Morgan shares how the pandemic taught him to seek out older men who can live a life of integration of passion, power, purpose, and perspective.
