Before you jump into this episode, I want to say 'thank you' 💛A few months ago, I couldn't have imagined recording this and having a space where I felt safe to vulnerably share, reflect, and be fully myself in every life experience.I used to believe that knowledge was of the greatest value. That unless I was teaching something tangible, it wasn't worth sharing...Perhaps it was self-doubt or the fact that I didn't consider myself 'book-smart' and needed to prove something to be of value...but nonetheless, this belief held me back from creating deep connection.Because of this, I spent years thinking that my purpose was tied to what I could teach...But through the relationships I've built with you, I've gained more knowledge & wisdom than a book could ever give. The knowledge that connection - true, authentic connection - is what moves mountains. We...as a collective...move mountains.Thank you for processing this experience with me.
