Susan Windle Beam has professionally served the avionics industry for more than three decades. As the manager of Accessory Services Inc. in Anchorage, Alaska, her shop recently received Federal Aviation Administration approvals to add Class 1, 2, and 3 radio capabilities – communications, navigation and radar, respectively – for limited airframe and limited emergency equipment.
