Ep. 068 - X-Men: Apocalypse
from The Vertical Viewing Podcast Hosted by Scott Willson
For May 30th, 2016, MikeG, Red, Mike, and Scott meet in the Nostromo lounge and discuss the effectiveness of period language and depiction of witchcraft in THE VVITCH, Kevin Smith completely blows up our show with exciting news of his involvement in a BUCKAROO BANZAI anthology TV series (will we finally get to see "Against the World Crime League"?), the atrociously terrible gross-out comedy THE BROTHERS GRIMSBY is an absolute embarrassment for all actors involved, we (literally) open our hearts over the debut episode of Seth Rogen & Evan Goldberg's PREACHER series on AMC, MikeG gives FEAR THE WALKING DEAD one last shot as the zombie craze rides waning ripples of its final wave of popularity, Scott bolts a GoPro camera to his head for the first-person adventure HARDCORE HENRY featuring a bakers dozen of fantastic performances from Sharlto Copley, and much, much more before we get to our featured review of X-MEN: APOCALYPSE from scumbag director Bryan Singer.
