EP #07 Sydney Zwicker | Pelvic Floor Work and Healing Through the Womb

from Raising Wholeness Podcast · host Sydney Zwicker

In this episode, we explore the practice of pelvic floor work, and how building connection and intimacy with our womb we cultivate deep healing and connection. Sydney Zwicker is a bodyworker and women’s health mentor based in Denver, Colorado. She shares mediation practices, yoni egg practices, the flow and grace associated with following the female hormonal cycle, and the importance of embodying healthy connection with our womb not just for ourselves but for us as role models to future generations. Sydney’s intention is to give clients and students the tools to journey into wholeness.  She believes there is no one way, nor right way to heal. It’s a little bit of this, a little bit of that, and a whole lot of courage. Her passion is to be a catalyst in shedding the stigma of the female-lived experience, through embodiment practices, such as Qoya, Holistic Pelvic Care and Women’s Health Massage.  Outside of her in-person bodywork practice, she offers online courses, workshops and 1:1 coaching programs to help women reclaim their essence and embody their truth.Resources: Learn more about her work at www.zwickerhealingarts.com or on social media @zwickerhealingartsLink to online course: https://zwickerhealingarts.com/yoni-egg-online-course | Coupon for 10% off is MYSTICFree embodiment Anatomy course: https://zwickerhealingarts.com/free-anatomy-mini-courseAbout Mystics Rising:Mystic-rising.com IG: @MysticsRisingSupport Us on Patreon Mystics Rising is a platform to share rising healers and leaders, and showcase foundational classes for inner work (check out the website for discounts). I’m Jenn Reilly, your host and guide on a journey of deepening into the full complexity and simplicity of our human experience. As a coach, mentor, and advocate for women’s rights, I’m passionate about supporting women—especially those navigating the shifts of motherhood and leadership—on their path to embodied wholeness.Through my own transformative journey, catalyzed by early motherhood and postpartum, I’ve learned that true wholeness means embracing every part of ourselves: the strengths, the challenges, and everything in between. It’s about honoring our cycles, aligning with our unique design, and cultivating self-trust and support as we move through life.On this podcast, we explore the deep and sometimes messy human experience—tending to our bodies, minds, and spirits in a way that is conscious, compassionate, and attuned. Whether you’re seeking to heal generational patterns, deepen your leadership, or find more balance in your life, Raising Wholeness is a space where we can evolve together. If you’re ready to move from surviving to thriving, to lead from a place of wholeness, and to model this for the next generation, you’re in the right place.Thank you for joining me on this journey. I’m honored to walk alongside you.Book a Free Discovery Call...
