EP-076 Sadie Nardini

If I could get a t-shirt made that says "SADIE NARDINI IS MY SPIRIT ANIMAL" I would wear it often.  And because she has just moved to Southern California (found out the night before this interview) I'm thinking we will have to find some time to get together, karaoke, hit the piano bar in Santa Barbara that we talk about here, and grab some fries from Veggie Grill for the perfect girlfriend date!  Sadie has given me a new perspective on yoga that will never be the same and I'm betting the same thing will happen for you once you learn all about her.  She is kind, creative, on a mission, fierce, fun, and deeply generous.  (She is also a rock and roll star, but if you want to learn more you have to listen in!)  Check out today's amazing podcast of this Warrior Woman, Sadie Nardini!
