Whether you dread it or embrace it, preparing food for the week ahead can be done in 3 simple steps!

On this episode I’m sharing some things to think about when packing your kids’ school snacks and lunches for the week in just 15 minutes on Sundays. We’ve been doing this since my first one was in preschool six years ago. How did that happen so fast?!?

With conversations about unnecessary food waste with our kiddos, choosing age appropriate portions, and allowing them to pick their fruits, veggies, proteins, and special treats, we’ve got it working like a well oiled machine. Listen to this week’s episode to hear how it’s done!

Highlights from this episode:

{3:18} Packing good brain food

{6:20} Have the food conversation with your kids

{9:06} The mac 'n' cheese incident

{11:34} School lunches

{14:55} Prepare a whole week ahead
