Ep. 083 - Timecrimes

For September 12th, 2016, Mike, Red and Scott meet in the Nostromo hilltop silo and discuss the beautifully shot and surprisingly decent shark attack thriller THE SHALLOWS featuring Blake Lively doing some cringeworthy on-screen videochats, the recently cancelled ABC pirate musical comedy series GALAVANT lives on through the power of Netflix, Scott steps out on a limb to make a spirited and passionate case for Neill Blomkamp's deeply flawed sci-fi action film CHAPPIE, we learn that DUCK TALES and DARKWING DUCK are actually set in completely different universes and our worlds begin to crumble around us, Mike dusts off the old WORLD OF WARCRAFT subscription for another helping of raids in the critically acclaimed expansion pack LEGION, and much, much more before we loop timelines with our featured review of TIMECRIMES from writer/director Nacho Vigalondo.
