This is what I mean by that…
Back when I first jumped into entrepreneurship, I had just quit my job and was in this limbo space of, Oh my gosh, I have no money. I have to make money!
So I started building up my confidence muscle by pitching myself to different clients. I was trying to use the skill sets I already had in marketing to move the needle forward in my business.
Let me be clear: I did not know what I was doing. But with every pitch and every rejection (because I got many!), I learned so much. I think it’s so important that we just sometimes take the action steps and let the emotion behind the steps catch up to us later.
