Ep# 086: [Pep Talk] Celebrating Wins

This is a pep talk for you, but this is also a pep talk for myself today too. I’m talking about taking the time to truly celebrate our wins. I am so bad at this. I’m a 3 on the Enneagram (Achiever). I have crazy big ambitions and goals that I push really hard for. But as soon as I achieve them, I don’t even take a beat to celebrate it and recognize how far I have come. My mind immediately jumps to, “What’s next??” Life is 99.99% about the journey. When we don’t take the time to pause along the way and celebrate where we are, we are focusing too much attention on the destination, the .01%, and that makes it feel like we are never winning.
