Ep. 087 – A Nightmare On Elm Street 2: Freddy’s Revenge

Welcome back to Elm Street, scaredy cats! Today we’re watching the sequel to Wes Craven’s classic nightmare- the bloody 1985 slasher: NIGHTMARE ON ELM ST. 2: FREDDY’S REVENGE. Chris gets us started by talking about the 1956 sci-fi masterpiece FORBIDDEN PLANET, and Dave tells us about THEY LOOK LIKE PEOPLE by the ambitiously hard-working Perry Blackshear. Then we really get into the madness, and chat all about Robert Englund, 2000’s horror remakes, Platinum Dunes studio, dumb dads, attack birds, new dream logic, teenage parties, towel whippings, and of course a very special dancing scene. It’s a spooky-kooky good time on another great episode of the TEXCHRIS DAVESAW MASSACRE! Continue reading → Texchris Davesaw Massacre - A Horror Movie Podcast is made with Jetpack Podcast.
