In this series Tao MacLeod talks to captains, leaders and senior players from a variety of sports about leadership techniques, communication skills and team development.  Steve Lawrence is a 34 year old Korfball player, who is originally from the English Channel island of Jersey and now lives in Scotland. He plays for the Edinburgh Mavericks Korfball Club. Having held both captaincy and coaching roles within his sport, Steve has an interesting take on the role of a leader in a team environment.
