Laurie McGraw is speaking with Inspiring Woman Chelsea Pauga, a Master’s student at the University of Chicago. Chelsea Pauga is an early career professional currently studying for her Master’s in Public Policy at the University of Chicago. She graduated in 2016 with an environmental studies degree from the University of California: Santa Barbara with a focus on political science. Chelsea has spent the past four years conducting environmental assessments to facilitate real estate transactions nationwide. Chelsea believes the world can be a more equitable place by focusing on social justice through the lens of environmental policy.  Chelsea and her husband live in Chicago with their dog Jazz.
