More about today’s guest: Tessa Donnadieu is the export manager for ⁠Vinchio Vaglio⁠ in Piedmont, responsible for making the excellence of this territory known in Italy and throughout the world.  Vinchio Vaglio ⁠ is a Cooperative that straddles the villages of Vinchio and Vaglio Serra in the Monferrato region of Piedmont, Italy. Over 200 families in the area are members of the Cooperative covering around 500 hectares of vines.
