Welcome to the Modern Body Podcast where we discuss Pilates and Movement practices to support your body so you can move as you were meant to. As a lifelong dancer and dance teacher, I thought I had a better understanding than most. Then I found Pilates and gained a new perspective on how my body functioned.In this inaugural episode, I'll be sharing a powerful diaphragmatic breathing technique that you can practice wherever you are as you go about your day.
