In 1982, 18 year old Alex Lewis gets into a motorcycle accident that left him with a devastating brain injury. When he wakes up from a coma the only thing he remembers is his twin brother Marcus. Other than that the past 18 years of his life has completely been erased. Marcus is tasked with teaching his brother Alex everything and introducing him to his closest family members including his own mother Jill. But Marcus is keeping an extremely dark secret from his brother Alex - which Alex discovers years after his accident.
