Ep.1 - Welcome to the Talking Heads Podcast

In the very first episode of the Talking Heads Podcast, Lucy and Saul introduce themselves as Head Gardeners of two large estate gardens in which they have been working for 5 years each. They start by having a conversation about what being a Head Gardener means to them, how it has influenced the way they garden and how the profession is shaped in modern times.
