Ep 1: What is Good Girl Gone Human? — Entering the Era of Collaboration

On this first episode of Good Girl Gone Human, Holly and Kristina discuss their healing journeys and the path to starting a podcast together. After a lifetime of working hard to be seen as "good," they are discovering what it means to accept the whole spectrum of their humanity. There is risk in puting down the label of good- the risk of being seen as "bad," the risk of losing belonging. The hope is that as we expand our capacity to embrace our own humanity, we can expand our capacity to hold each other's humanity as well. They talk about the importance of collaborating on this project and bringing it to the community space, as the work of healing and reclaiming humanity can be an isolating experience. This ongoing conversation will be a place to unpack all of the areas of life that these concepts touch, share the tools they've used on this healing journey, and to hear stories from others who see themselves in this story.
