Ep. 1 - Why Moving Grief? Allowing ourselves to embody our grief so we can live.

from Stefanie Joseph Podcast - Remembrance of Wholeness · host Stefanie Joseph

Welcome to the first episode of Moving Grief with Stefanie Joseph and an intro into my grief journey. I never thought I would be here right now radically shifting my whole business to talk about grief but life throws events at you and sometimes you're left picking up scattered pieces of you as you live. In this episode, I share about the origin of the podcast and a brief glimpse into my grief story after losing my 37 year old sister unexpectedly in July 2022. I am no stranger to the concept of death and rebirth; however, losing my sister brought me to the depths of grief like I hadn't experienced before. My heart and world were shattered into a million pieces and I invite you on the journey of picking them up. My intention of this podcast is to have honest, open, loving conversation on grief and give people a platform to share their stories. I hope you enjoy our adventure together.  Join Grief Acceptance Project launching 3/22/2023. Use coupon code MovingGrief for a 10% discount for being a podcast listener.
