Ep #1 - Why Now?

from Master of Achievement with Stephanie Nguyen · host Stephanie Nguyen

The average lifespan is 83 years old. That is equivalent to approximately 4316 weeks. I'm 27, so I've already used up 1404 weeks. I only have 2912 weeks left of my life to live. If you're like me, that scares the sh*t out of me. Take into account the hours you work, sleep, study, go out etc...that doesn't leave much time to do the things you really want to do, so why make this podcast now? Because why not.I'm Stephanie Nguyen. I can be what some may say, an "overachiever", but is it really just a way for me validate my existence? As I navigate this new part of my life, I'm challenged by the old and new me. It can get pretty ugly some days. But, what has helped me is having conversations with everyday people I look up to and understanding how they're figuring it out. This first episode is by no means perfect, but if I don't publish this now, I won't ever publish it and I don't have another week to waste! What should I cover in the next episode? For the ambitious who want more — not just more success, but more meaning. Each episode breaks down the real stories, strategies, and mindset shifts behind building a life, career, and business that feel aligned and powerful. It’s not about chasing achievement. It’s about mastering it from within.
