For career oriented individuals we decide based on their resume. We use these measures to determine who is the greatest in their areas of expertise... the G.O.A.T., greatest Of All Time. This conversation is a common conversation for men. But what we as men rarely converse about is what it would take for us to be the G.O.A.T. as fathers, husbands, friends, men.
