Ada Copeland must’ve been some kind of woman to make a wealthy white man who was a famous geologist & best selling author to lie to her and his children claiming to be a working class Black Pullman Porter. Clarence King did everything he could to live two lives, and managed to pull it off until the day he died when he finally confessed on his deathbed who he really was.
