We both agreed that because of social media, there are a lot of people who use this topic to make you feel like you are a s**t human being... That is not the point of ED&I. I said to Jo that many aspects of this industry are flawed and that I don't necessarily agree with, but thankfully, Jo has restored my faith and I think you will learn a lot from this episode.
