We have created this defence mechanism through these distractions, that have us avoid Processing Emotions because we have never been taught how to actually move through the Emotion. As a human who knows all about Trauma and Emotions, let me share with you how I moved through all of mine to Live in the Present moment with Love and Understanding as I know YOU can do this too.
