Welcome to Interviewing People, a #careercast where I talk to a variety of people with a focus on how they ended up where they are today, what they learned from their mistakes, and what advice they have for our futures.  Today's guest, Tyler Akers, a Demand Planning & Analysis Manager at Groove Life in Spring Hill, Tennessee, attended the University of Toledo on an ROTC scholarship and was an Army Intelligence Officer before moving into civilian life.  In the interview he shares how the ROTC scholarship helped him earn his undergraduate degree with no debt and how the skills he learned in the military have transferred to his current career.
