In this episode of the podcast, I sat down with professional kickboxer and striking coach to some of UK MMA’s biggest stars, Nathan Epps. Nathan is an extremely experienced striker, having fought all over the globe at a world-class level. He is also an incredibly experienced coach, having worked with fighters such as UFC welterweight champion Leon Edwards, Bellator middleweight title contender Fabian Edwards, and Bellator/PFL star Tim Wilde, amongst many others.
