EP 10: Why do you hate your job?

Do you really hate your job? I thought i hated my job but i actually don't, yes there are certain things and people that i would rather not deal with but that will be with any job. A good way to find out if you hate your job or not is to ask yourself or write down the likes & dislikes along with what your current job has taught you. Maybe your time has ran it's course and it may be time for you to move on. I also did an exercise where i engaged co-workers to list my strengths & weaknesses which i urge everyone to do whether you love or hate your job. "No work is stressful. It is your inability to manage your body, mind, and emotions that makes it stressful" Could this be the reason you hate your job?
