Once again we come to you from Minot, North Dakota, to Atypical Brewing and Barrelworks! In this episode we sit down with Eric The Sour to learn more about the brewery, what the difference with between wet hops and fresh hops, and some of their beers! In this show we sample and review their Stouty Face Stuck Mash Stout, Split/Shift Coffee Brown Ale, Limestone Cowboy Gose, Hef'N A Bavarian Hefeweizen, Wet Hop American Summer, and London Fog Cream Ale w/Vanilla and Tea. Then Eric takes us to Souring School and teaches us a few things about the souring process, all while we sample their Weird Alchemy, and their Gin & Spruce Barrel Aged Golden Sour Ale. We finish up by sampling a brew waiting for release call Electric Nectar Blended Barrel-Aged Sour w/Whole Colorado Peaches! A VERY bold statement was issued in this episode as well!
