Ep.100 Chip On My Shoulder

Episode 100 !! Wow ! We have come a very long way from episode 1 back in September of 2019 ! No guest speakers or POAP for this week 🙅‍♂️ Today I wanted to look back a bit on how it all started and got to where we are today. From the struggle of making the 1st episode to some of the obstacles needed to be conquered in order to keep growing and a chip I’ve been having on my shoulder for a few months now … I wanted to address a chip on my shoulder that’s been having me bottle up an angry or unpleasant attitude caused by a belief that I’ve been treated unfairly by people I felt "faked the funk" in order to take advantage of my kindness. I thought I could brush it off and ignore it but seems to be in the back of my mind each time I hit record for the podcast or click post for social media. I’ve felt I let myself down by not speaking out and defending myself and my original ideas. I’d like to use myself as an example for others dealing with similar situation in hopes to help find better and more practical solutions. Moving forward ClockingOut will be adding events to our weekly scheduling. From more live streams and virtual events to more vlogs and YouTube videos. We will be playing around with different ideas and slowly introducing them to our followers listeners and supporters.
