Send us Fan MailGrowing up in a farmworker family in Mattawa, Washington, Jose Iñiguez became enamored with opera. He dreamed of one day becoming an opera singer in spite of his father’s misgivings. Today he is living his dream and heading up Encanto Arts, a non-profit that promotes the arts in underserved rural communities.
