This episode is part of our Make A Difference Spotlight and celebration of women making history with their work. In the city of Salisbury, Maryland there is something called  #kindsby, a community kindness initiative that: supports community events that build relationships, highlights citizens and groups engaged in goodwill programs, inspires everyone to engage in Acts of Kindness, sustains their World Kindness USA City designation and enlists all citizens to become kindness ambassadors.
