This week’s guest is New York based makeup artist and podcast host Rachel Estabrook. You might already know Rachel's work or you might recognise her name from the recent burnout podcast I did.  I wanted to invite Rachel on for a dedicated episode because not only is she a makeup artist who freely shares her work journey, she’s also pretty funny, often poking at the ups and downs of life on-set and she’s recently been very open about her experiences of therapy. In this episode I wanted to find out what therapy really is and how it's changed or improved Rachel's life.
