Remembering Louise Hay On this day in 2017, Louise Hay passed away in her sleep peacefully and without any major illness. She was 90 years old. Louise wrote and published "You Can Heal Your LIfe" in 1984 and it went on to become a New York Times Bestseller and sold over 50 Million copies worldwide. It has been translated into 40 languages.
