Ep 103: Complain The Right Way

I was using my mobile speaker on the ranch and got a little static from it.   Everyone hopes and expects their dream hunting safari to run smoothly. The client expects it, the outfitter hopes for it and the PH does his best to make it happen...but things don't always go according to plan out in the African bush. For some, their dream trip turns into a nightmare and they have legitimate complaints and issues they want to raise about their safari and rightly so.
