There must be a lot of trust from the restaurant that you will pay at the end.    In real estate, sometimes Sellers insist on a proof of funds, to even see the house.      Can you imagine if Apple or Mercedes would not show you a product without first finding out how much money was in your bank account?   In real estate, many Sellers insist on seeing a proof of funds before they will even show you the house. The buyer doesn’t even know if they like the house and they’re not even ready to enter a negotiation.      So as an agent or a seller, do you require proof of funds to do a first showing?   We also discuss a mystery where, in the middle of the deal The Buyer disappeared.
