Ep 103: Telling YOUR Truth
from Real, Brave & Unstoppable Hosted by Kortney Rivard
Send us Fan Mail In this episode, I'm talking about telling the truth - YOUR truth. As a kid, we're taught not to lie--that we should ALWAYS tell the truth. And interestingly enough, throughout our childhoods and into adulthood, we're constantly acquiring information that causes us to alter who we are in an effort to belong, fit in, and be "acceptable" to others. But isn't this also "lying"? The answer is yes. But it's lying to ourselves. In this episode, you'll learn what it means to tell YOUR truth, why it's really hard sometimes and how you can work on it. === RESOURCES === Want to learn how to create the life you REALLY want?
