I recently spent five days in gorgeous Park City, Utah with four incredible women, and the experience made me think about how important community is for women.Back when I was a pediatrician, my work colleagues were my community and my family. Since becoming a coach, I now do most of my work from the comfort of my own home. Now I have to be intentional about making and maintaining connection with other women.Community is often underappreciated, but it is fundamental to women's well-being. You thrive when you find your community.
