We discussed that if you do any cold calling you must make a personal connection first and not insult your target audience just because they aren't ready to hear your sales pitch at this time. Insulting them will only cause them to remember your company in a negative way but also in a way that will trickle to their family, friends and neighbors.   C) Finally, we discussed three words that will help you towards great success. That when you focus on Attitude, Amplify & Action you can take your business to the next level.
