This week my guest is Daragh Sheridan, Daragh was a previous guest and someone I have looked up to as a source of knowledge over the last few years.He has recently moved back to Ireland with his family, to take up a position as Head of High Performance Coach Development at IRFU.Prior to that he was Head of capability and expertise at Sport Ireland and more recently Manager of High Performance Coaching at HPSNZ, while he is lost to New Zealand in the short term I get the sense it wont be the last we see of him in this country. In this chat I try to dig in to some of the core roles and competencies of a high performance coach and get a sense from Daragh where this space is heading.
