Ep. 105 - Donnie Darko

For February 7th, 2017, Michael, Red, and Scott meet inside the Nostromo wormhole and discuss news of Ben Affleck stepping down as director of the standalone BATMAN film (which is probably not long for this world), Scott endures BILLY LYNN'S LONG HALFTIME WALK in 24 fps like a caveman and realizes there is absolutely nothing happening in this movie, found footage school shooting film THE DIRTIES builds to a truly shocking cliffhanger and Matt Johnson is clever as hell, Matthew McConaughey's wannabe Scorsese film GOLD is a perfect example of poorly executed and extremely self indulgent stunt acting, the world-spanning Netflix adventure SENSE8 continues to be an interesting and ambitious "thing", Viggo Mortensen dangerously lets it all hang out in EASTERN PROMISES aka Naked Bath House Showdown 2K7, and much, much more before our featured review of the dorm room juggernaut DONNIE DARKO from writer/director Richard Kelly.
