However, if you are ready for part two, we are going be looking at rootstocks and clonal selections, then a little bit on vineyard design, how you choose your trellising for the vines. And in fact, training that vine, once you've done that. A small section on preparing your soils and then what you can do during the year, such as green harvesting and leaf stripping.
