Today, we are talking about the Artist's playground.   As we know, a child always performs better at school when they’re also allowed a bit of time to exercise, to play and to not be a slave to the rules. It’s their time to have fun and let go.   It’s the same for artists. If they also allow themselves time out to let go and have some fun, then they will work better at their more serious pieces.

The Business of Boutique Fitness Lise Kuecker I'm Lise Kuecker, a long time Studio Owner turned founder here at Studio Grow. Just a few years ago, I was building my studios the hard way cause I didn't have the team, the budget, or most importantly the time. If you speed up to today, I sold my wildly profitable studios in the mid-7 figures while serving my community in ways I could have only dreamed. Now, I work with thousands of boutique fitness studio owners in over 40 countries and am so blessed to share some of the best tested strategies for our industry every single week. I created this podcast so you'd always have clear, actionable processes, tried and tested Facebook advice and some good ole fashioned inspiration so that you can take simple actionable steps to grow your studio and turn it into a powerhouse empire, just like I did. If you're a studio owner who's ready to impact your community and see major growth in the process, or you're prepping to become one, then you are in the right place. Talking Strategy, Making History Richard Flacks Each episode will focus on a different aspect or example of the general theme. Our kick-off frame is the awkward position that progressives find themselves in. It seems obvious, at least to a significant portion of Leftists, that “working within the Democratic Party” has to be part of any realistic strategy for making substantive, social democratic or radical change in the United States. What is far less clear is what this means practically, in terms of organization and elections. For many years, the slogan of the Left has been to work both “inside and outside” the Democratic Party. But what does that “inside” part actually look like? The podcast project comes from our experience as progressive activists--and from the urgency of now. Dick Flacks taught sociology at UC Santa Barbara and Umiversity of Chicago for 60 years. He's of the founding generation of Students for a Democratic Society and helped write the Port Huron Statement (along with Tom Hayden and the big Lebowski). He and hi Corey's Commentary J. Corey Francis Welcome to Corey's Commentary Podcast! The goal of this podcast is simply to share my experiences with you. Now, most of the content will fall in the category of music education but I want to be more open than just that. Why? Because I love so many other things. Family. Grilling. Baseball. Golf. Coffee. Star Wars. You get the picture. Some of this may not be your brew and that is fine. I don't like cold brew, so there is that. Still, maybe you will find something interesting. Just kick back, grab a cup of coffee, and let's chat.
