Monroe County Sheriff Rick Ramsay is urging to public to be aware of holiday toy drives that are being hosted by the Pagans Outlaw Motorcycle Club, one of South Florida’s most notorious outlaw motorcycle gangs. In a video posted to social media Tuesday morning, Ramsay said he was reading a Florida Keys newspaper last weekend when he noticed the “End of the Line” toy drive was being hosted next month by PMC, which stands for Pagan Motorcycle Club, and LMC, which stands for the Led Motorcycle Club, a “feeder club” for the PMC.
