Let’s talk about Audio Branding! What the heck IS Audio Branding, you ask? In this podcast, host Linda Bruno talks with Jodi Krangle, a voice actor and recording artist. They discuss audio branding, which is a brand sound that represents the identity and values of a brand in a distinctive manner. This includes audio logos, branded functional sounds, brand music, or the brand voice. Krangle was originally a singer before she became a voice actor and she performs in front of geeky fans as part of a small subsection of music called FILK. She also talks about how she got into voiceover by volunteering her time at the CNIB. Finally, they discuss how voice actors can use audio branding to inform their own voiceover brands.
