Heather Stimmler is an American-born journalist and author living in France since 1995. She started the Secrets of Paris newsletter in 1999 as a hobby while working as an editor at ELLE.com in Paris. Over the next 20 years, Secrets of Paris grew into a private tour company and a guidebook publisher.
