Though roasting in comedy has taken on a new chapter via the Comedy Central Roasts and Roast Battle, it's rare to see actual fury channeled into comedy. It has also even been rarer that the predators and monsters within comedy are held accountable in a meaningful way. Alice Hamilton, a rising comedian in the LA scene, struck both rare chords with her self-produced and self-released half hour special CEX KRIMINAL, which goes for the jugular, in great detail, of all the alleged and confirmed pests/predators/pieces of trash that she can think of. We have Alice on to talk about how she came to put all of this together in the matter of a few weeks (or days if you ask her) and what such a special means in the art form of comedy.
