Ep. 109 Radical Self-Support

All of my mentors teach this one idea: have your own back.  Meaning, tell yourself great stories about yourself, become your biggest fan instead of your worst critic, and commit to always building yourself up. We’ve been taught not to be full of ourselves, to check our big egos, not to think too highly of ourselves, and that being hard on ourselves is the way to get better results from ourselves. It’s simply NOT true. Today I’m going to be teaching you something RADICALLY different. Your brain is going to resist it. But be willing to try it on, and see what happens.
